‘It’s your right’ is a project by the Ombudsman for Children’s Office (OCO) to raise awareness of children’s and young people’s rights under the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

The OCO is an independent office, which was set up under a law called the Ombudsman for Children Act, 2002. The role of the Ombudsman for Children is to promote and monitor the rights and welfare of children and young people up to the age of 18 living in Ireland.
